It’s been a while since I last wrote to share here, but a recent conversation with a friend reminded me how important this space is to me and inspired me to return to it.
Right now, I’m traveling through Southeast Asia, which has been a dream of mine for so long, a goal I set for myself. Living it now, I feel incredibly grateful. Recently, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali. I chose the hybrid course so I could continue working, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. I met wonderful people, faced physical challenges, and was moved by a whirlwind of emotions during those 10 days. After the training, I continued exploring, immersing myself in my work as a health coach, which I truly love and enjoy.
Along the way, I’ve also reconnected with people who mean a lot to me, and that brought up emotions I hadn’t felt in a while. I gave myself the time and space to process it all, and I’m constantly amazed by my capacity to feel. Sometimes it’s intense—like a wave that’s both exhilarating and overwhelming. Some days, it feels like a gift; other days, I have to remind myself to just ride the wave. But I’m realizing that this is part of my journey—learning to embrace and flow with the highs and lows.
In those moments, my sensitivity feels like a blessing. The ability to feel and love so deeply, no matter the circumstances, is something that’s mine alone, and I’m learning to cherish that.
While things don’t always go the way I imagine, I’m finding joy in the process. It’s not just about the other person or the situation, but about how these experiences are helping me grow and connect more deeply with myself. In the past, I found it hard to let myself feel fully, but now I’m in awe of how much I can care and appreciate life’s unfolding, even when it’s uncertain.
I’m still figuring out how to let myself feel without wanting to control or change certain things I wish were different. It’s an ongoing process, filled with highs and lows, but I’m enjoying it as it comes.
All in all, I’m still processing a lot, but I’m loving the discoveries, both within myself and in the world around me, while exploring little hidden corners of Bangkok.
